Thank you for all of the compliments on the picture I posted earlier. It still baffles me that the same people that I use as inspiration tell me that I inspire them. Tumblr really can be an amazing thing.
No running today, thankfully. My legs needed the rest. Instead, I went to the gym and got in 45 minutes of upper body lifting and abs. It is Thursday after all, so here is my #GST contribution:
I have had a spot on week with eating. Basically, I haven’t sat down with a carton of ice cream and a spoon. I feel so much better about myself. It’s funny, I think I’m happy when I’m shoving ice cream/cake/cookies down my throat, but in reality it’s quite the opposite. The healthier I eat and the more I run/lift/whatever, the better I feel. I just need to remember that.
