Indy Monumental: Week 4, Day 6 - Easy 8
This was a very average run with great weather. After yesterday’s horrible run, I’ll take it.
Apparently, fueling up the night before with an entire large pizza and a Klondike bar is the way to go.
Note: Tomorrow’s run will give me 158 miles in 4 weeks. Through that time, I have gained 3.5 lbs. If I’m not running, I’m eating.
