I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t bummed about missing my goal on the last one.  However, I forgot to take water with me so by that time I was barely able to spit.  Another jackass moment by me.  Eventually, I’ll get the hang of this running thing.
The rest of this week:
Tuesday: Rest/Lift
Wednesday: 6 mile tempo (6:58 pace)
Thursday: Easy 7/Lift
Friday: Easy 6
Saturday: Long 12 (7:42 pace)
Sunday: Easy 6/Lift
Total is about 45 miles

  3. high-heel-mileage said: I thought running was as simple as “just go run.” Now you’re making me think about math & pace & stuff. Your dedication is seriously impressive.
