Indy Monumental: Week 6, Day 3 - Tempo 7 (6:58 pace)
So, Boston pace is 7:03.  I decided to make my race pace 6:58 so I’d have a bit of a buffer.  I was aiming for 6:58 on my tempo run today. 

 Let me just say that this is one of my top 5 LEAST favorite runs of all all-time.  I think I started to get arrogant because the workouts didn’t seem as hard lately.  Well, that’s over.  This kicked my ass.  HARD.

My Garmin also went straight into the workout without locating satellites.  I always know my pace/distances are going to be screwed up when that happens.  All in all, just a run to forget.
 Tomorrow is a brand new day.  Also, a new six miles to run.  Enjoy my grumpy/agitated face.
