Mile repeats x 3 at 6:10 pace was the goal (600 Recovery pace)
Warm-up: 9:12
Mile 1 - 6:06 (10:00)
Mile 2 - 5:58* (9:38)
Mile 3 - 6:07 (9:50)
Cool Down: 9:04
Total - 6.11 miles in 47:20
*My first ever sub 6 minute mile.
Happy with this run, but it took everything I had. I blame the heat.  I always blame the heat.   No running tomorrow.
