Indy Monumental: Week 10, Day 1 - 3 x 1600 (6:10 goal pace) (600 recovery)

Not as fast as the last time I did this workout, but very consistent. I’m so glad tomorrow is a rest day. I’m feeling some tightness in my hamstring and because of the pulled groin in the past it’s scaring the hell out of me. Icing now.

Week 10/18 Training (9/2 - 9/8):

Monday - 3 x 1600 (600 recovery)
Tuesday - Lift
Wednesday - Tempo 8 (6:58 - 7:03 pace)
Thursday - Easy 6/Lift
Friday - Easy 10
Saturday - Easy 10
Sunday - Easy 8/Lift
Total - About 50 miles

I forgot to post my Week 9 progress photo, so here is the comparison from the start of Week 1 to the start of Week 10. I’m about 3-4 lbs heavier now than when I started.

Amy arrives tonight and Darcy gets in on Wednesday. Let the shenanigans begin!!
