Indy Monumental: Week 10, Day 3 - Tempo 8 (Adjusted pace)

What kind of psycho gets up at 4:30 to run on his vacation?  Apparently, I do.

I decided not to push the pace too much and aimed for 7:10-7:15.  My hamstring still sucks and I don’t see any reason to further injure it on Week 10.  I will keep as much ice on it today as possible.

Now, let the shenanigans begin.  Becky and Darcy will be arriving soon and then I think we are hitting the zoo.  I’m sure they’ll be plenty of visual evidence of the shenanigans later tonight.
