Indy Monumental: Week 11, Day 1 - Strength: 6 x 1 mile (6:50 pace) (400 recovery)

That was super difficult. I wanted to do this one this morning to beat the heat, but my legs laughed at me when I tried to get out of bed.

I wore the St. Jude singlet for the first time hoping that it would inspire me not to quit. It worked.
