Spent the morning driving back from Chicago after an amazing weekend with the girl.

Spent the afternoon in the gym.  Still no running, but I did lift for an hour, spend 20 minutes on the bike and 10 more on the arc trainer with very minimal pain.  

As of now, training for the Carmel Marathon starts the week of December 9th.  I should be nice and healed by then.  I’m using the Hanson’s plan again, but using a marathon goal time of 2:55.  Shoot for the moon, right?

Ok, I’m putting the boot back on now.
