20 mins arc trainer + 1 treadmill mile (8:22) + 45 mins upper body/abs.

Two things:

1.  I know I shouldn’t have done the treadmill mile, but at least I stopped after only one.  Also, damn near pain free.  I promise not to run again for at least a week.

2.  Don’t act like you’ve never taken a planking selfie before.
