5 mile progression run today (7 total).

Considering I wouldn’t get off my butt Monday or Tuesday, I’m fairly happy with a 37 mile week.

Taking it pretty easy this upcoming week in hopes of running a sub 40 min 10K on Saturday (Current PR is 42:53). It’s also exciting that Amy will be racing with me. Can’t wait.
